UpskilingMinds is a fee-based online training platform for English language competence assessments. All of these are explicitly described when the user registers on the website. The transaction is completed online using reputable service providers that provide a secure payment platform. Debit cards are the only ones accepted.
UpskilingMinds will not be held liable for any difficulties experienced during the payment process under the premise where only the user and iPay88 use bank details.
UpskilingMinds commits to give all relevant information, such as pricing and
services offered, to the user, allowing him to make wise purchasing choices.
Under these circumstances, UpskilingMinds will not compensate customers who
have paid for a membership because the user receives all required information
prior to the purchase and may freely test the site’s contents beforehand.
Paid subscriptions are implicitly renewed without obligation, i.e. it is up to the
user to cancel the current subscription in order to cancel the automatic extension
of his membership.

To Cancel Subscription

The user may cancel his membership at any time by going to the “Account” >
Settings” > “Subscriptions.”
The cancellation of an existing subscription does not result in the loss of access to
the UpskilingMinds service. Paid service is accessible until the latest adjusted
period ends.
For each payment, an invoice will automatically deliver to the user’s email address.
UpskilingMinds has devised a “satisfied or your money back” policy in addition to a withdrawal period. This policy applies in the following circumstances: –

  • The customer bought an incorrectly timed membership.
  • The user used a fraudulent payment method to obtain a membership.
  • Any refund request that is not specified above will be denied.

Personal Data Protection Policy

UpskilingMinds commits to complying with the regulation Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Act 709 that was established on May 16, 2011 relating to the protection of physical people in relation to personal data and the free circulation of this data.

Without the user’s knowledge, no personal information about UpskilingMinds site users is published, traded, transferred, assigned, or sold on any medium to any third party. Only the assumption of redemption UpskilingMinds and rights permits the transfer of such information to the potential purchaser, who is then subject to the same responsibility to retain and amend data pertaining to the user of UpskilingMinds website.

Any dispute connected to UpskilingMinds website must be governed by Malaysian law, without respect to conflict of law rules. The use of a website is subject to general terms and conditions.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy was last updated 25 October 2022.

When your order is placed, our representative team will contact you via email within 1-2 business working days with the final shipping estimate for your order.

Once you have received the email, we will assist you to directly register to our learning programs that you have subscribed.

For each payment made, an invoice will automatically sent to the email address you have entered on our platform.

You can also view your invoices directly from your subscribed account: –

  1. Head to your homepage
  2. At the top right of the screen, click on your username.
  3. Go to settings.
  4. Find the “invoices” section and you’ll find all records tracked.

We follow a strict set of rules set by regulatory agencies for payment delivery
method. We accept payment via debit cards and E-wallet using Ipay88, an authorized online payment gateway system.
